Sugar free apple crisp


For some reason we have 83 million apples in our house and I needed to find a way to get rid of some. I decided to make a healthy version of apple crisp. 

Anyway, all you need is:

1. 6 red apples
2. Your favorite healthy cereal (I used Kashi Go Lean Crunch)
3. Apple Juice
4. Cinnamon 

A cup and a half (I like big portions) ends up being around 200 calories. Super delicious. 

So, make it! I figured out all of the calories, fiber, and fat per serving. I'm so awesome.

 Which by the way is 180-200 calories, 8.5 grams of fiber, and 2 grams of fat... or so per 1 1/2 cups.
