Body update

So I'm officially down 30 pounds since I started this weight loss journey back in March. I have to admit that I've been a big time slacker and I haven't been working out. Like, at all. I just haven't felt like it. But, I have been dieting and eating right. I'm not really even doing weight watchers very much, but I'm watching my portions and that seems to really be doing the trick. I've lost like 4 pounds alone this week.

Here's some updated body pics. I'm actually feeling like I look exactly the same from the last time I did this back in June.


I really need to get myself motivated to work out. Why is it so hard? Why do I hate it so much? Why am I wearing the exact same underwear from way back in June?

  1. You look soo good and I can see that you've changed!! 30 pounds is a lot to lose and your babe isn't even one yet so don't worry!
    You also have ZERO stretch marks which is amazing! I have soo many!! ughhh.

    I think my biggest reasons why I don't excersize is that i'm always making excuses for myself and that I can't take the baby to the gym, its too late, i'm tired! blah blah But lately i've been telling myself If I just go on a long fast walk with the baby in the morning and at night that can be my workout haha so maybe try that?

    p.s you are my hero for putting a picture up of yourself in your under roos I could never do it and you look good too! :)

  2. shawntae! enlarge that picture and you will see that my stomach is covered in them! they've faded a lot, but trust me, I GOT THEM. it's like a perfect diameter of stretch marks surrounding my belly button.

  3. I can tell a difference from now and June! Lady you look good. Um, you think Wyatt wrecked your body? I'm not brave enough to post any pictures of my belly now, maybe when I have a good "after" picture to post. Hmm I don't know maybe I'll get brave and do it. saggy skin, stretch marks, fat....oh my! ANyways. You look good so rock it!

  5. I think that by the time I do feel like working out, that Im physically and emotionally drained the day spent with my child. I've officially started P90X though..and I have promised to eat Subway like three times a week now. I dont do weight watchers that often either..but it's because of YOU, that I am down to my prebaby weight. Weight watchers got me there..now its up to me, to tone and get my sexyness back haha! You look great..dont be so hard on yourself!!

  11. you're looking good hot mama! keep it up. exercise sucks. i hate it, i don't do it! but i think that a healthy life style is key.
    i think it's great that you are eating healthy. do you notice that you have more energy?

    lol. you crack me up noticing that you are wearing the same underwear.

  13. You're looking great! Your hubs is going to be so impressed. I hate working out too - but I know I'll feel better and look better down the road. It just sucks. Exercise should be illegal!

  15. I see difference in these pictures in the ones from June! you look great!!! I'm trying to do P90X, but it's really hard and I'm really lazy... will see how it will turn out for me.But you have some great results!Keep it up!!

  16. Wow. 30 lbs from March alone. You know how much I've lost? ZERO. As I've probably mentioned before, you look great! And.....you're awesome for being courageous enough to post updated pictures of yourself. Working out though, I feel the pain. I'm sure Wyatt keeps you on your toes though when he's not eating or sleeping. If you want to do it, do it. Don't develop a bad view towards working out...but what am I talking about? I am the worst person about working out. Best wishes pretty mama.

  19. Damn you're hot. Oh, and I don't really like exercising either, at least not in the "traditional" way like going to the gym except to lift weights. I really like walking, and I think it's because you can do it with friends, talk if you want, be outside, do it whenever it suits you...idk, it's like there's less pressure or something? Maybe when/if someone answers your Craigs List add you and the babies could like speed walk? Yoga is FABULOUS too. An hour or so in a hot or humid practice area is a good workout, but it just feels so much better than lifting or getting on the (stupid) elliptical. I also read yesterday that it's good for reducing stress. You could do it in your house too with Wyatt lol.

  20. i can totally tell a difference. youre so inspiring! i've gained 30 pounds since last year, and i'm determined to lose them all. i plan on mostly dieting since i don't have time for working out (story of everyone's life, right?). i think i'll go youre route and try fiberous foods.
