FOOD PANIC

I was so panicked when I went into my kitchen this evening. Since I have a weird relationship to Costco (weird as in, I'm obsessed), I'm always finding rotten produce that I never get a chance to finish off in time. So I discovered that I had some EXTREMELY ripe bananas (like, if I tried to pick them up they fall right off the base) and some grapes that were like, 2 days from going rotten... oh, and the one that pisses me off the most, RIPE TOMATOES. So I froze both the grapes and the bananas. I'm thinking of making some more banana ice cream and I thought the grapes would make some delicious frozen treats for me and Wyatt later.

But as for the tomatoes,  I stewed them and blended them up with some onions, jalapeƱos, and whatever random crap I could find. I'm BIG into salsa people. Like, BIG.

Funny side note - I accidentally got the tip of a plastic spoon caught in the blender and it got blended up with my food. I'm sitting here eating this salsa and I've yet to come upon it. I'm thinking it was blended up so small that I could probably eat it without noticing.
