Hey guys, I didn't have a "perfectly" Clean Eating breakfast... but it was pretty good. It could have been clean eating if I skipped the pepperoni, but I didn't and it was NOM NOM good. (the pepperoni made this dish not "clean" because it has been processed as most deli meats are)


2 eggs
a handful of Spaghetti squash (left overs from this post)
a couple pepperonis chopped up
salt and pepper
olive oil

Spray your pan and plop a blob of spaghetti squash in the pan. Throw 2 eggs on top, pepperoni, and jalapeño. Season to taste. Cover with a lid for about 8-10 minutes. YUMMMM.
