Soooo, I'm starting to feel skinny. It's obviously still very early in the game, but I definitely feel lighter. Bad food makes me feel bloated and heavy... but eating natural things just feels right! I noticed I don't have to suck in my stomach as much and I feel like I'm starting to just look healthier. Okay, I might just be exaggerating a bit, but it's what motivates me to keep going! I'll take what I can to keep me on track. I definitely had some headaches from sugar withdraws the other day but it's to be expected. I'm still really missing coffee. I've compteplated drinking it black, but YUCK! How could anyone ever do that!? I wish I could.. maybe I wouldn't be such a bitch to my husband...
Oh well! 27 more days to go! 3lbs gone.
