Super easy recipe!

Homemade Potato Chips

I just used one russet potato sliced really thin. I spread all of the potato slices on a baking sheet and sprinkled olive oil all over. I then seasoned with salt and pepper and a little bit of garlic salt. I baked it at 425 for about 15 minutes and enjoyed a ton of potato chips! Wyatt had a few too... and maybe Josh also. :)
