Insanity results after 2 weeks.

I think I'll be posting my body progression every 2 weeks. Because honestly, there's already a difference.

These pictures were taken the first day we did the fit test, so Day 1 of Insanity.

And this socially awkward picture taken by my 16 year old brother (I'm sure I have damaged him in some way), was taken yesterday.

I should have taken more poses, but I immediately regretted asking him to take this. I can tell I've lost so much already just in my stomach alone. And I can't even say that I've lost anything because I haven't. I'm actually fluctuating between 3lbs, and yesterday was an up day. Doing this work out has really taught me a lot about getting fit in a totally different way. I used to base my life off of what the scale says. It's a totally different world for me, but extremely rewarding. I'm really working hard for something that is NOT easy to achieve. 

So, look out for more pictures of my progress in 2 weeks! I can't wait to see how much I've changed by then. :)

Old stats -
Bust - 34 inches
Upper waist (smallest part) - 28.75 inches
Natural waist (across the belly button) - 31.75 inches
Butt/Hips - WHOPPING 40.5 inches
Left and Right arm - 11 inches
Right thigh - 25 inches
Left thigh - 24.5 inches

Bust - 34 inches
Upper waist (smallest part) - 28.50 inches (down .25)
Natural waist (across the belly button) - 31 inches (down .75)
Butt/Hips - 40.5 inches
Left and Right arm - 11.5 inches (I'm up but it's all muscle).
Left and Right thigh - 24 inches (down an inch in one leg and a half an inch in the other)

So altogether I've lost 2.5 inches in 2 weeks!
