Quick and easy Weight Watchers approved 3pt Peach Crisp.
- 1 Large Peach
- Half cup of oats
- Whatever sweetener you like. I chose Splenda but if you'd rather use sugar or brown sugar, just make sure you account for your points.
-I cut up my peach and laid it flat in my pan. I sprayed the pan with some PAM just incase.
-Sprinkle cinnamon and splenda/sugar/brown sugar on your sliced up peach.
-Mix applesauce, cinnamon, and some water in your oats in a separate bowl. Make sure it's not too thick, you want to be able to spread it on top of your peach.
-Spread the oatmeal on your peach. Cover as much of everything as you can.
-Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.

The best part is that it's a lot of food. And I don't know about you, but I like BIG portions! Holla!
