In order to get ready for Alt Summit, I've decided that I want to do a juice cleanse. I'm crazy. I've done day one and I'm already missing food. My cleanse/fast is lasting until the day I leave (which is the 17th) and I hope to feel less bloated and in all around good shape.
Do you guys have any good fasting/cleansing tips? Right now I'm drinking three jam packed juices a day and I've been having an occasional fruit/vegetable. Have any of you ever done a juice fast? How'd it go? How long did you go for? What were your results?
