Check out this video. You get to see me cook and hang out with my sis in the kitchen!

We had a delicious Valentine's Day meal at my sister's house last night. And it was all made totally simple because of Kraft PHILADELPHIA cooking creme. Using this cooking creme was ridiculously easy and I'm pretty pleased with it. I plan on trying more flavors and thinking of interesting ways to include it in my meals. I just love the fact that everything tasted so yummy and was very effortless. It was a big hit with everyone and everyone had seconds (okay, I had thirds!) ! I'd say that's a win!

I think I also loved the fact that everything was prepared and served so quickly. I'm not a fan of waiting for my food. I need food in my belly as soon as possible!

Okay, now check out this recipe! I hope you all try it. And go get yourself some of this awesome cooking creme!

Here's what I did, so easy you'll probably just want to slap me!

Baked Penne with Beef (I didn't bake it though. I did everything on the stove top.)

Prep Time: 5 min. | Total Time: 35 min. | Makes: 6 servings.

What You Need

½ lb. extra-lean ground beef (I used flank steak instead)
½ cup each chopped onions and green peppers
1 jar (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 tub (10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Italian Cheese and Herb Cooking Creme, divided
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
3 cups cooked penne pasta

Make It

Heat oven to 350°F.
Brown meat with vegetables in large nonstick skillet. Stir in spaghetti sauce, 3/4 cup cooking creme and 1/2 cup mozzarella: cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until mozzarella is melted. Add pasta; mix lightly.
Spoon into 2-qt. casserole; top with remaining cooking creme and mozzarella. Cover.
Bake 20 min. or until heated through, uncovering after 15 min.

Substitute
Substitute Italian sausage for the ground beef.

Substitute
Prepare using your favorite flavor of spaghetti sauce, such as mushroom or garden vegetable.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with a crisp mixed salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing.
