So, the last few days I've been sorta fitness crazy. I've gotten the bug again (hello?! summer is around the corner!) I'm doing weight watchers and running my assssssss off! I've lost about 10 lbs in the last week and a half (yes I know, I lose weight fast).
I'm just really stoked and anxious to get more tone. Are you doing anything to get fit?
If you're new here, I wanted to direct you to some of my weight loss posts. I tend to get really into it. My most favorite weight loss post is the one that I was in my underwear! It was scary but I wanted to really show everyone how hard I worked. And if you need a little bitch slap into eating right, check out this post. I admit that I may suck and not follow my own advice sometimes, but it's just the God honest truth if you want to lose weight.
Anyway, if you're wanting to get started on the road to fitness, just cut one thing out at a time. It's probably the easiest way to get control. Maybe today cut out soda?
