Steppin' Out Saturday! Julie's wedding!

I had the honor of photographing one of my very best friend's wedding this past Saturday. It was seriously so nice. She did almost all of it herself, and on a very tight budget. I wish I could post all of the pictures, but it was seriously way too much for this blog entry.

Julie saved money by having her wedding in her parent's backyard in San Dimas, California. She made party favor fans and wrote little monogramed letters on each one with a sharpie. There was a candy buffet table (such a good idea for those on tight budgets by the way!), and a family friend married them. There are so many ways to have a nice wedding on the cheap... Don't be afraid to just do it yourself. Even the food was made (by Julie's mother) and it turned out wonderfully. Also, weddings are a family affair, so get people together and involved!
