So what am I doing? As some of you may know, I've supposed to have been on Medifast for the past few months, but I ended up failing around the holidays. I know it happens, and I'm ready to move on. I've been on plan for about a week and things are going great. If you're curious as to how I did a few months ago, check it out here (yes, I lost 11lbs!).
I'm also using the Medifast app this time around too. It's been making tracking easier (because I freaking forget how many Medifast meals I've had already...). I think it has a super easy interface and completely convenient. Just press the icons and go.
If you're looking for a no-brainer way to lose weight, I'd definitely encourage you to try Medifast. And no, not because they told me to say that (because they didn't and would never), but because it actually does work. It's very easy, and you can't lose. At this point in my life I don't feel like over thinking my diet, and I kinda just want someone to hold my hand. Medifast is definitely doing that for me. With all of their web support, it's really easy.
