Brad's Raw Foods asked if I'd like to try out some of their dried kale snacks and I didn't hesitate to hop on that opportunity. I'm a bit of a kale/collard greens enthusiast, to say the least. I have experimented many times with my own kale chips, but, sometimes you just don't feel like making your own. I can only be a domestic SAHM master for so long. After awhile I'm all like, here's something I thawed from the freezer. When I'm having those moments where I don't feel like slaving in the kitchen, I'm left wishing there was something quick that I can grab for a snack that satisfies my need for crunchy, salty, and spicy (LIKE A CHIP).

I found myself eating Brad's Raw Leafy Kale all day... just grazing. They go so fast because they're delicious and flavorful. I got to sample a few flavors, but my favorites were Vampire Killer (vegan cheese and garlic) and Nasty Hot (jalapeño and vegan cheese). Brad's Raw Foods are great for anyone, but I can imagine that vegans particularly would be fond since everything is in fact vegan.

Since I've gotten my package of Brad's Raw Foods I have in fact eaten all of it (hey, it's been like a week! don't judge me!).
