My weight loss is going well. So far I'm down a little over 18 lbs and I'm tracking like crazy on myfitnesspal. I jump rope almost everyday and try to get an hours worth in, which usually has me burning around 500 calories. I'm telling you, jumping rope is like the biggest weight loss/work out secret. It seems too easy and too good to be true, but my heart rate monitor don't lie. Besides, it's like 115 here in Phoenix and the idea of running outside makes me want to puke and then die instantly from dehydration.
Speaking of hydration, I made these cool coffee ice pops the other day. They're 35 calories because they contain one tablespoon of Coffeemate Italian Sweet Cream coffee creamer. To make them, just brew yourself a really strong pot (in my case I brewed a strong batch in my french press). I put the creamer in the popsicle molds first and then I poured the coffee and froze it all. It's awesome. I stole the idea from my friend Maryam on her instagram - @hiandhelloblog
